  • Have experience developing and executing test plans at the system, subsystem, and component level
  • Have experience working with sensors, data acquisition systems, data processing, and circuitry
  • Are detail oriented.
  • Are comfortable with multi-day travel and outdoor work during testing trips
  • Have experience with building high performing teams as you are empowered to build out your team, currently envisioned as 2 engineers and technicians and growing in future years
  • Love to work on difficult problems, build cool things, experiment at the edge of what is possible, learn new skills, and share your experience with the team
  • Look forward to working with a diverse team of engineers, builders, dreamers, and doers

The ideal candidate will also have experience with some of the following:

  • Writing flight test plans and pre-flight checklists
  • Radio control aircraft (RC airplane or drone) construction, maintenance, and piloting, including FAA part 107
